Ultimate Goal:¶
Provide guides demonstrating how to configure and use various virtual meeting platforms, including their strengths and limitations, for the scientific research community.
Steps to achieve our goal:¶
Individuate topics to cover in each guide
Create list of platforms for which we should develop guides
Research commonly asked questions and required features among conference goers and organisers in last few years
If necessary allow for different approaches depending on target end user
Release guides
Seek feedback from community
Engagement with wider community¶
Communications with other virtual and hybrid proponents
